HEY dOOds

It's like poetry. Hideous, shameful poetry.

I have books to read  (science fiction kick), games to play -I picked up Borderlands, Bioshock, Torchlight and Mass Effect (LOLporn) over the steam holiday sale, plus I still fire up Dragon Age for a few hours per week . With real life things, work and study again, time will be precious.

I write sometimes, but the thought of firing up the sims 2 is about as appealing as....something really unappealing? I think about what I've written and I am tired. I can't simply burninate this journal after all this time. Regardless, all those ambivalent feelings about this story have come to a head.

Inexplicably, I want to kick Ron Humble in the family jewels. The Sims 3 really is a piece of shit.

The Sims 3 -
I uninstalled The Sims 3. Let's face it, this game sucks mega donkey balls. I get tired of seeing those creepy, gormless sims 3 faces everywhere. Poor, irrelevant sims 3 icon. Admittedly, I did have fun toying with a project there for awhile, but ultimately, it didn't capture my imagination that much.

The Sims 2 - Was going to write something here, but it isn't anything but the usual. Going to cull some download, general wish to change skintones of the auburn characters, BlahblahBLAH.

No chapter this month. Blame Dragon Age: Origins. But I did manage to play the sims 2 without it seeming like a chore.

I am going to have a crack at this. I want to make a campaign for Dragon Age: Origins. Writing, planning a level, getting a grip on the toolset, eventually failing, It is going to be great. The only problem would be voice acting. Maybe all the NPCs would have to be silent sisters. D:

I would like to return to Korcari (Is that the same from Ocarina of Time?) Wilds or the Brescilian Forest. I always felt the Dalish leg of the story was a bit of a let down.

Anyway, to the notebook!

warnings - Pretty bad post-prod editing.
writer's note - I ended up completing this chapter in bits and pieces over the past month, which explains why some things aren't right. Zelda starts wearing bling after the funeral (a scene which I simmed before I started writing, bad habit that.) I tweaked the levels and slight bloom effects between the funeral chapters and the wake.  Overall though, I happy with how this chapter turned out. Some resolution and another interesting carrot dangling in front of me.

Her sister, Eleanor, has been eager to learn about her new ability and has formed a strong connection with Milo Langley. Vincent Waywood makes plans to return home to his clan. Sincerity Rowan, feeling responsible for her part in Anna Waywood's death, offers her services to Vincent. I actually managed to play the sims 2. There isn't enough time to do much of anything. I flail underneath the weight of it all. I did manage to catch Watchmen. I think I did not like much of it. Anyway, back to the sims 2. I aged Leda Knight up to adult.
